These providers may receive information necessary to process your request, which may include your prompt, text input, generation parameters, uploaded reference media, audio or video data, technical request information, and other information necessary to complete the requested operation.

We seek to limit third-party data sharing to information reasonably necessary to provide the requested Service. The third-party provider’s processing of information may also be subject to its own privacy policies, contractual obligations, security controls, and applicable laws.

5. AI Training

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific Service or feature, AIGC Motion does not intentionally use your private prompts, uploaded private media, account information, or private generation history to train our own general-purpose AI model.

Your requests may nevertheless be transmitted to third-party AI providers when necessary to provide the requested Service.

6. Cloud Storage and Hosting

AIGC Motion may use cloud storage and hosting infrastructure to store and deliver uploaded files, generated content, audio files, video files, images, and other Service-related assets.

Our architecture may use cloud storage services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 or equivalent infrastructure. Files may be accessed through authenticated or time-limited mechanisms, such as secure server-side access or presigned URLs, where technically appropriate.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

You should not upload content containing another person’s personal data unless you have the appropriate legal basis, permission, or authorisation.

This is particularly important for personal photographs, videos containing identifiable individuals, voice recordings, identity documents, contact information, private communications, confidential business information, and biometric or sensitive information.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary for the Service and you have a lawful basis for doing so.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining credential confidentiality, obtaining permission before uploading another person’s personal data, ensuring your uploaded content does not unlawfully infringe third-party rights, using the Services lawfully, and avoiding unnecessary sensitive personal data.
